Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about estimates, where we work, hours, and payment. Don't see your question? Call or text (313) 918-5579.
How do estimates work?
Send a request with a few photos and a short description in the estimate app, or call (313) 918-5579. Meco reviews every request and follows up to go over the scope and the estimate. Once you agree on the estimate, you set a visit time together. A request isn't a confirmed booking until you both agree on a time.
What areas do you serve?
EcoSavvy Handyman LLC is based in northwest Detroit (48235) and serves Detroit and communities within about 30 miles in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb Counties. See the areas we serve for city pages. If your city isn't listed, send your ZIP code in the app or call to check.
What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Closed Sunday.
How do I reach you?
Call or text (313) 918-5579, or send a request through the app.
How can I pay?
PayPal is accepted at paypal.me/EcoSavvyHandymanLLC. If you'd like to pay another way, ask Meco when you go over the estimate.
Who does the work?
EcoSavvy Handyman LLC is a one-person business. The person you talk to about the job is Meco, the same person who shows up to do it.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. Small repairs are what we do. If you have several small things, list them all in one request so they can be planned into one visit.
Can you swap a light fixture or ceiling fan?
Yes, where one is already installed: fixture swaps on existing wiring and boxes, and ceiling fan swaps on an existing fan-rated box. No new wiring, new circuits, or panel work. See light fixture and ceiling fan swaps.
What work don't you do?
We don't do HVAC, new wiring or new circuits, panel work, full roof or siding replacement, remodels, or new construction. Those jobs get referred to the right trade. Small exterior fixes like a few shingles, a few siding pieces, or small brick and concrete repairs are fine.
Can I see examples of your work?
Yes. The project gallery has photos from Meco's own jobs.
