Handyman in Oak Park, MI
Oak Park is a close neighbor to our home base in northwest Detroit (48235). For Oak Park homeowners and landlords, that makes it easy to fit in repairs, whether it's a single fix or a few things you've been meaning to get to.
Practical repairs, done carefully
Oak Park jobs tend to be practical: patch and paint a wall, fix or replace door hardware, repair trim, or get a rental unit ready to show. We'd rather repair than replace when it makes sense, which keeps waste and cost down.

Around Oak Park
Oak Park is a compact Oakland County city just north of 8 Mile, with Southfield to the west, Ferndale to the east, and Berkley and Huntington Woods to the north. I-696 runs through its northern edge, Greenfield Road marks its western line with Southfield, and Coolidge Highway runs north through the city.
Much of Oak Park's housing went up after World War II, so many homes are brick ranches and bungalows from the 1940s and 1950s. Original doors, trim, and older wall surfaces often need patching, adjusting, or a fresh coat of paint.
